Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the

Board of Adjustment

of the City of Shoreacres, Texas will be held on
Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at 7:15 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers on the first floor at City Hall, 601 Shoreacres Blvd.,

Shoreacres, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to wit:

1.0 CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL: Members Present and Absent

2.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES

2.1 [ NONE ]

3.0 OLD BUSINESS

[ NONE ]

4.0 NEW BUSINESS

4.1 Consideration and action to grant/deny a request for variance place a temporary residence trailer on Lot 10 of Block 17 (603 Shadylawn) for one year during demolition and/or construction of existing habitation as requested by owner Maureen Mitchell.

4.2 Consideration and action to grant/deny a request for variance for a portion of a fence to extend beyond the front of the house on Lot 1 of Block 1, Gateway Village Section 1 (3437 Bayou Forest) as requested by owners Jim and Dolores Phillips.

4.3 Consideration and action to grant/deny a request for variance to construct a new house with a height of thirty-three feet (33) being five feet (5) above the maximum height of twenty-eight feet (28) on Lot 5 of Block 48 (S. Country Club) as requested by owner Eric Cummings.

4.4 Consideration and discussion Board of Adjustment Rules of Procedure.

4.5 Election of Board of Adjustment Chairman.

4.6 Election of Board of Adjustment Vice Chairman.


5.0 ADJOURNMENT
