6.2       Consider/Approve a Resolution amending the list of individuals authorized to sign on accounts and represent the City in transacting business with SouthTrust Bank. (Edmonson)

6.3       Consider/Approve a Resolution adopting a policy permitting the consideration of depository services contract applications from financial institutions not doing business within the City. (Stall)

6.4       Consider/Approve a Resolution amending individuals who are authorized to represent the City in transacting business with TexPool Participant Services. (Stall)

6.5       Consider/Approve a Resolution approving an Investment Policy pursuant to the Public Funds Investment Act; and, other related provisions. (Stall)

6.6       Consider/Approve a Resolution appointing Brenda Koppen Municipal Court Clerk; and, Robin Eldridge and David Stall Deputy Municipal Court Clerks. (Stall)

6.7       Consider/Approve the expenditure of funds budgeted for the purchase of police vehicle equipment (to wit: video and radar systems) in an amount not to exceed $3,450.00. (French)

7.0       ADJOURNMENT

"The City Council of the City of Shoreacres reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.086 (Economic Development)."
