The City Council of the City of Shoreacres, Texas met in Workshop Session on

Monday, August 21, 2006 at 6:30 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 601 Shoreacres Blvd.,

Shoreacres, Texas, with the following present constituting a quorum:

                                                           Mayor      Jayo Washington

                                                      Alderman      Joe Gomer

                                                      Alderman      Vickie Ellis

                                                      Alderman      Sandi Lochner

                                                      Alderman      Gerry Victor

              City Administrator / City Secretary      David K. Stall

                             And the following absent:     

                                              Mayor pro tem      Tom Revak

1.0       CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL:

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Washington at 6:31pm.

2.0       NEW BUSINESS

2.1       Discussion of the FY-2006/2007 General and Utility Fund Budgets. (Stall)

            City Administrator and Council discussed the development of the TY-2006/2007 budget. Administrator David Stall reviewed the General Fund and Utility Fund with council on a line-item by line-item basis.

7.0       ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, Mayor Washington declared the meeting adjourned at 8:13pm.
