Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the
Planning & Zoning Commission
of the City of Shoreacres, Texas will be held on
Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers on the first floor at City Hall, 601 Shoreacres Blvd.,
Shoreacres, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to wit:

4.1 Consideration and action to approve/disapprove a request for replat of Lots 6, 7 and 8 of Block 13 into a single parcel for the purpose of allowing construction of a detached garage on Lot 8 as an ancillary building to the house located on Lots 6 and 7 (Shadylawn) as requested by owner LaVelle Hamilton.
