ASSESSMENTS
Substantial
Damage assessments conducted by FEMA funded teams began on Thursday,
October 9, and were completed on Sunday, October 12, 2008.
Addresses
that are determined TO HAVE Substantial Damage are listed below.
These
determinations were subject to appeal. The appeal process began Monday, October 27,
2008. Appeals were required to be submitted in writing on or before
December 29, 2008.
MORE
Building
permits for repair CANNOT be issued to those buildings that are
Substantially Damaged unless the lowest level is elevated to or above
MBFE.
