Note to Surveyors:
1.  If A8(d) engineered flood openings box is checked on the EC we will require the
     certificate or evaluation report to be attached to the Elevation Certificate. [advisory] 
2.  The City of Shoreacres requires elevation information C2(e) for all machinery or
     equipment servicing the building.
